One-of-A-Kind Jewish Themed Marriage Enrichment Weekend
Retreat Gives Couples the Tools to Optimize Every Aspect
of Their Homes
Thu
Dec 6, 2007, New York
This January, Jewish young married couples will have an
amazing opportunity to enhance, enrich, and invigorate their
relationships at the first ever JPrisms Marriage Enrichment
Weekend Retreat at the newly rebuilt Doubletree Hotel and
Conference Center in Tarrytown, NY. This unique Jewish themed
retreat will offer participants intensive skills-oriented
workshops and lectures focused on communication, love, and
other marriage related issues, alongside discussions about
Jewish traditions and customs, and their meaning and value
in a growing home.
The
program is co-sponsored by PAIRS, one of the largest relationships
training institutes in the United States. "We are very
lucky to have the PAIRS team a part of this program,"
said JPrisms director Josh Kohl. "People travel around
the country and pay a lot of money to be a part of their
seminars and workshops. Now they can have the whole thing
right here in the Northeast at a deluxe hotel, for a very
affordable price." Thanks to a generous grant from
several philanthropists, the retreat is offered for $299
per couple and only $99 for couples married less than 2
years. For those looking to come with their children, a
professionally run summer-camp style youth program will
be offered during all programs and activities.
Seminar
topics will include The Logic of Love, Stress Styles of
Communication, Who's Responsible for My Happiness, and From
Hollywood to a Holy Home with Actress and Jewish Activist
Mayim Bialik. The program will be supplemented by a comfortable,
user-friendly Shabbat environment, social and team-building
activities, and ample time for the couples to relax, unwind,
and connect.
